Inc.com once described me as “a wealth of information and brilliant ideas.” I’ll happily take that, though truthfully, what lights me up most is helping people and organizations be seen in a way that feels real, aligned, and compelling.
I founded CoryWest Media in honor of two incredible storytellers: my mother (Cory) and my grandmother (West). They taught me early that communication is power. Not power over people. Power to connect, create, and shape what comes next.
Since then, I’ve partnered with Fortune 50 corporations, global associations, high-growth advisory firms, legacy professional services brands, and visionary entrepreneurs. My work ranges from high-stakes message strategy and brand repositioning to AI-powered PR systems, executive visibility development, and creative leadership coaching.

My early work in digital marketing and social communication started around 2005, when all of this was still new. I launched WiredPRWorks.com in 2006. It now holds more than 1,200 articles and case studies on marketing, PR, leadership, and communication.
In 2008, I founded Social Media Club Chicago, which grew to be one of the largest chapters in the world. Nokia selected me as one of two U.S. social media representatives at Social Media Week Berlin.
I’ve trained global teams across Asia, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and throughout the U.S., and I’ve contributed chapters to two best-selling industry books:

Along the way, I layered in Positive Intelligence and Wealthy Mind training to support the unseen side of leadership: mindset, resilience, and belief systems. This work strengthens the inner foundation leaders draw from when the stakes rise.
I live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my husband, Bruce. Our three grown kids live in Chicago, so I spend a good amount of time in both cities. Two dogs, Holly Wood and Rocco, make sure I get outside for daily inspiration.
I’m a photographer at heart. My #TravelTuesday and #FridayFlowers posts are my way of sharing what I see: landscapes, small wonders, fleeting light, quiet beauty. Creativity begins with noticing.
